Tinda Tools Terms of Service
Effective date: September 14, 2026
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are an agreement between you and:
Tinda Tool
Address: Country Club Village, Baguio City, Philippines
Contact: support@tindatool.com
By creating an account or using Tinda Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Who can use Tinda Tools
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you’re creating an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Accounts and team members
3.1 Admin accounts
The person who creates the account is the Admin. The Admin controls the business’s data, decides who else gets access, and is responsible for everything that happens under the account.
3.2 Agent accounts
Admins can invite Agents – team members who help run operations. Agents can manage orders and customers but cannot access financial data (accounting, income statements, cash flow, expense records).
Admins are responsible for who they invite and for removing access when someone leaves.
3.3 Account security
Keep your login credentials confidential. Tell us immediately at support@tindatool.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans, payment, and billing
4.1 Free plan
We currently offer a free plan. We may change, limit, or discontinue it with 30 days’ notice to affected users.
4.2 Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at signup
- Payment is currently accepted via GCash. You provide a reference number and, if needed, proof of payment
- Prices are in Philippine Pesos and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- If payment isn’t received by the due date, we may suspend access to paid features after giving you notice. Your data is not deleted during suspension
4.3 Price changes
We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. If you don’t accept the new price, you may cancel before it applies.
4.4 Refunds
Option A: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid month.
5. Cancellation, inactivity, and your data
5.1 Cancelling
You may cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@tindatool.com
5.2 After you cancel
We keep your data for 60 days after cancellation. During that window you can request a full copy. After 60 days, it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
5.3 Inactive free accounts
If a free account has no activity for 6 months, we’ll email you a warning. You’ll have 30 days to log in or request your data. If we don’t hear from you, the account and its data are deleted.
5.4 Getting your data out
- Any user, any plan — request a complete copy of your data by emailing data@tindatool.com. We provide it within 30 days at no charge.
- Paid plans additionally include a self-service export for data you entered yourself (products, orders, accounts, suppliers, team, transactions, wishlist).
- Data our system derives from your inputs (reports, income statements, cash flow, sales logs) is available on request as a full export.
6. Your data and your customers’ data
6.1 You own your data
Everything you enter into Tinda Tools stays yours. We claim no ownership over it.
6.2 You’re the controller of your customers’ data
When you enter information about your own customers, you decide what to collect and why. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, that makes you the Personal Information Controller and us the Processor.
This means you are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect your customers’ information
- Telling your customers how their data is used
- Responding to your customers’ requests to access, correct, or delete their data
- Your own compliance obligations under the Data Privacy Act, including appointing a DPO and registering with the NPC if required
We will help you fulfil these obligations, but we cannot do it for you and we are not responsible for your compliance.
6.3 What we do with your data
Only what’s needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use Tinda Tools to:
- Break any law
- Store data you have no right to collect
- Sell prohibited or illegal goods
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
- Overload, disrupt, or attack the service
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Impersonate anyone
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first.
8. Service availability
We work to keep Tinda Tools running, but:
- We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may need downtime for maintenance, and will give notice where practical
- We may change, add, or remove features. For significant removals affecting paid plans, we’ll give 30 days’ notice
- Features marked “coming soon” are not guaranteed and shouldn’t be relied on when choosing a plan
9. Important: this is not financial or accounting advice
Please read this carefully.
Tinda Tools generates sales logs, income statements, cash flow summaries, expense summaries, and analytics based on the information you enter.
- These are record-keeping and informational tools only
- They are not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advice
- They are not prepared or reviewed by a certified public accountant
- They may not meet the requirements of the BIR, your auditor, or any regulator
- Their accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of what you enter
You should consult a qualified accountant or tax professional before making business, tax, or financial decisions. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on figures the app produces.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Philippine law allows:
- Tinda Tools is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost business opportunities, or loss of data
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₱1,000 if you’re on the free plan
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or willful misconduct.
11. Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover us for claims, losses, or costs arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law, including the Data Privacy Act
- Data you entered into the service
- Disputes between you and your own customers
12. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service anytime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, don’t pay, or use the service unlawfully. Except in serious cases, we’ll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem. Section 5 still applies to your data.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For significant changes we’ll email account holders at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new Terms. If you don’t, you may cancel.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Disputes will be brought before the courts of Baguio City, Philippines, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We’d much rather sort things out directly — please email support@tindatool.com first.
15. General
- Separate documents: These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Together they form the whole agreement between us.
- If part is invalid: The rest still applies.
- No waiver: If we don’t enforce something immediately, we haven’t given up the right to.
- Transfer: You can’t transfer your account without our consent. We may transfer these Terms to a successor, with notice to you.
